Anyone joining starts at Level 1. Promotion is based on Seva, Commitment, Contribution & Dharmic Conduct.
ORDER 1 — ENTRY LEVEL
Open to All — Start Here | Foundation Builders & Learners
These individuals enter with a willingness to serve & learn. They support community tasks, events, and basic day-to-day initiatives.

Promotion Requirement: Consistent participation, discipline, adherence to Satvik & Sanatan Culture, basic seva hours.
ORDER 2 — COMMITTED SEVAKS
Selected from Order 1 | Community Pillars & Project Contributors
Actively participate in projects, take responsibility & guide new volunteers.

Promotion Requirement: Leadership qualities, integrity, successful task management, recommendations by Chapter/Unit Head, proven service mindset.
ORDER 3 — ADVANCED SEVAKS
Selected for excellence | Guides, Mentors & Intellectual Contributors
Lead initiatives, mentor volunteers, and represent IS&SF in specific knowledge domains.

Promotion Requirement: High Dharmic ethics, demonstrated wisdom, leadership, completion of IS&SF training/orientation modules, recommendation of Secretariat/Zone.
ORDER 4 — HONOUR RANK
Lifetime Recognition — By Selection Only | Dharmic Icons & Exemplars
Awarded to those who become living examples of Sanatan Dharma through seva, leadership & character.
