Opposing illegal religious practices

Opposing  illegal religious practices in the civil society of Bharat Mata:

The IIS&SF is conscious of the  religious rights of the citizens in India- that are subjected to, ‘public order ‘, ‘morality’ and ‘health’, as contained under Art . 25 & 26 of the Constitution of India; and understand that ‘practice’ and ‘propagation’ of the religion under Art. 25 are to be done with out disturbing the fundamental  rights of other citizens of India & the same should be in agreement with the laws of the land.

IIS&SF  takes note of the varied infringements of laws and the religious rights of the citizens – happening in the country; and hence, determined  to resist such undesirable and illegal practices, through all possible measures, to protect the rights of the citizens in this context.

IIS&SF specifically noticed that ‘halal certification’ introduced by a religious  group is illegal, as it violates many laws/ rules / regulations in India, not to speak of the infringements ls under the Constitution of India. The Sanatani’s (including Sikhs, Buddhists & Jains) facing any issue on this context , can approach IIS&SF; and appropriate action will be taken in that regard, with immediate effect.
